ORDER

After this court granted a 60-day extension, appellant's brief was due to be filed on June 1, 2020. On May 22, 2020, this court issued an en banc order extending all briefing deadlines to June 30, 2020 in light of a statewide network outage. On May 27, 2020, appellant filed a motion requesting another 60-day extension of time to file the brief from June 1, 2020. On June 11, 2020, this court granted appellant's motion as follows: "[A]ppellant's brief is due no later than July 30, 2020. No further extensions will be granted. "

On June 23, 2020, appellant filed a motion incorrectly stating appellant's brief is currently due June 31, 2020 and requesting another 60-day extension of time to file the brief. The motion is DENIED. As stated in the June 11 order, appellant's brief is due no later than July 30, 2020.
