Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence upon the issue of freedom from contributory negligence. Jenks, P.J., Mills and Putnam, JJ., concur; Rich and Kelly, JJ., vote to affirm.
