ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's May 22, 2023, standalone remote trial session.

On April 28, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and a Status Report. In both filings, the Commissioner states that petitioner Patricia M. Marks has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2023, Ms. Marks shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 28, 2023. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's motion.
