ORDER

This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On February 1, 2022, Court received returned mail of the Court's Notice of Setting for Trial and Standing Pretrial Order for a Regular Tax Case, issued on January 25, 2022, on each of the petitioners at their respective address of record in this case. That Notice and Standing Pretrial Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender -- Attempted --Not Known -Unable to Forward".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall on or before April 25, 2022, provide to the Court the best contact information available, including the address(es) of petitioners Stephen Markowitz & Fiona Markowitz
