ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On October 26, 2023, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion for Entry of Decision. Therein, respondent sought to resolve the case on the basis that there was no deficiency or addition to tax due from petitioners for the 2018 taxable year.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2023, either (1) petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a stipulated decision resolving this case and incorporating, if applicable, appropriate language establishing petitioners' entitlement to any overpayment.
