Appeal — Affirmance.
Where defendant entered a plea of guilty, State's evidence supported the plea, no evidence was offered by defendant and no bills of exception were brought forward, judgment of conviction was affirmed.
Appeal from Criminal District Court of Dallas County. Hon. Henry King, Judge.
Appeal from conviction for theft of an automobile over the value of $50.00; penalty, confinement in penitentiary for two years.
Affirmed.
