On order of the Court, the motion for admission pro hac vice is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the July 27, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is also considered, and it is DENIED as moot, it appearing that the claim of appeal filed in COA Docket No. 235720 was dismissed by stipulation on December 17, 2001.
