Decided October 25, 1948. Rehearing denied November 15, 1948.

An action involving a real-estate transaction, in which plaintiff demanded damages from defendants in the sum of $1,132.30. The trial court found the issues in favor of defendants and adjudged accordingly.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Henry S. Lindsley, Judge.
