MARK A VAN SILE, INC. v. WITTSTOCK

Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 26, 1998
587 N.W.2d 284 (Mich. 1998)

Opinion

No. 110141.

October 26, 1998.

Leave to Appeal Denied October 26, 1998.

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the matter was remanded to the Macomb Circuit Court to issue an opinion to further explain the basis of its denial of the motion to set aside default. 457 Mich. 884. The circuit court having filed its opinion and order, the delayed application is again considered, and it is denied, because the Supreme Court is not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed.

Court of Appeals No. 198748.

WEAVER, C.J.

I would grant leave to appeal.
