Petitioner-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 24, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Latoya Marion, sworn to September 30, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Rhian D. Jones, Esq., 16 West Main Street, Suite 537, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel for petitioner-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529.
