Order modified by inserting a provision granting the motion to the extent of striking out the provision in the order for the defendants' examination requiring the defendants to submit all the books and papers of the corporation for the inspection of the plaintiff herein, and as thus modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Woodward, Jenks and Hooker, JJ., concurred.
