This case is on the calendar of the Court's May 20, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York, at a time and date certain of 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2024.

On August 11, 2020, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 23) resolving some, but not all, issues in this case. On April 29, 2024, the parties filed a second Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 68) resolving all of the remaining issues, and a Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance (Doc. 69) is granted and this case is stricken from the aforementioned trial session and continued. Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
