This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance of Trial with Jurisdiction Retained (motion) stating that this case is still pending in the Office of Appeals Division of the Internal Revenue Service. Appeals informed respondent that a basis for settlement has been reached, but decision documents need to be sent to petitioner to confirm the settlement. Petitioner's view on the granting of this motion is unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion.
