Court of Appeals of Texas, Fifth District, Dallas

No. 05-05-01410-CV (Tex. App. Oct. 19, 2005)

Opinion

No. 05-05-01410-CV

Opinion issued October 19, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-9382-G.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before us is relator's petition for writ of mandamus in which it contends the trial judge erred in ordering relator to produce financial statements from January 1, 1999 to present. The record before us does not contain documentation or orders from the record in the trial court from which to evaluate relator's contentions. We conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay.
