Pursuant to the stipulation and joint motion for dismissal with prejudice, plaintiff Marine Credit Systems, LLC's ("MCS") claims against defendants Simmons Media Group, LLC/Simmons-SLC, LLC, Tony Divino, Tony Divino Enterprises, Inc. dba Tony Divino Toyota, Andy Madsen, MM Automotive, Inc. dba Karl Malone Toyota, Larry H. Miller Corporation-Murray dba Larry H. Miller Toyota, Brent Brown, R.W. Imports, Inc. dba Brent Brown Toyota and Kim Brown in this case are hereby dismissed, with prejudice, each party to bear its/his/her own costs and attorneys' fees.
