PEDRO SANTIAGO MARIN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 7 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F19-52413-Y

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated for appointment of counsel. On November 5, 2020, we were notified that the trial court appointed Juanita Edgecombe. We DIRECT the Clerk to list Juanita Edgecombe as counsel for appellant. All future correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Edgecombe at the address on file with the Court.

On November 6, 2020, former counsel Valencia Bush filed an Anders brief, a motion for extension of time to file the brief, and a motion to withdraw as counsel. Because Ms. Bush was removed as counsel in our October 30, 2020 order, we STRIKE the November 6, 2020 Anders brief, motion for extension of time to file the brief, and motion to withdraw as counsel.

Appellant's brief is DUE by December 28, 2020.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to the Honorable Chika Anyiam, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7; and to counsel for the parties.
