By Notice dated January 10, 2022, this case is calendared for trial for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session commencing on April 18, 2022. On March 28, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was untimely.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 15, 2022, file a written objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Any objection filed shall state with specificity the reason for the objection.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
