By order of September 12, 2017, the application for leave to appeal the April 20, 2017 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Marik v. Marik, (Docket No. 154549), ––– Mich. ––––, 887 N.W.2d 796 and Ozimek v. Rodgers, (Docket No. 154776), ––– Mich. ––––, 887 N.W.2d 797. On order of the Court, the orders having entered on November 16, 2017, 501 Mich. 918, 903 N.W.2d 194 (2017), the application is again considered. MCR 7.305(H)(1). In lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the order of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to that court for reconsideration in light of its forthcoming decision in Marik v. Marik (On Remand), (Docket No. 333687), 500 Mich. 940, 889 N.W.2d 509.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
