An order of this Court having been entered on July 15, 2021 (M-2021-02028) granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 01, 2020, and assigning Steven Feinman, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and assigned counsel having moved to be relieved on the ground that he has been advised by respondent-appellant, verbally and in writing, that she does not wish to pursue her appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted and the designation of Steven Feinman, Esq., as assigned counsel to prosecute respondent's appeal is stricken and the appeal is deemed withdrawn in accordance with respondent-appellant's signed letter attached to the moving papers as Exhibit C.
