ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's April 21, 2017 motion to supplement the reporter's record and to hold the briefing schedule at abeyance. In the motion, appellant notes that during the plea hearing, the trial court admitted documentation certifying appellant as an adult as part of State's Exhibit 1. The reporter's record filed in these appeals states that all exhibits in the case were retained in the court's file. Nevertheless, neither the reporter's record nor the clerk's records contains State's Exhibit 1. Appellant asks the Court to order the court reporter to supplement the appellate record with the requested exhibit from the reporter's record.
We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent that we ORDER Official Court Reporter Lisabeth L. Kellett to file a supplemental reporter's record containing State's Exhibit 1 within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order. If Kellett is unable to file the supplemental reporter's record as required, we ORDER her to notify the Court in writing, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, that said exhibit is not available for supplementation of the record.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to The Honorable Teresa Hawthorne, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Lisabeth Kellett, Official Court Reporter, 195th Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
We EXTEND the time to file appellant's brief until THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
