STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Pursuant to Rule 41(A) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all parties to this action hereby enter into this Stipulation of Dismissal as all matters in controversy have been resolved. Therefore, all claims are dismissed with prejudice and all parties shall bear their own attorney's fees and court costs.

THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court upon the above stipulation of the parties, and having considered same, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the stipulation is approved in its entirety and made an order of this Court.
