On July 12, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a document designated "Response to Answer". Subsequently, counsel advised that Court that the submission had inadvertently included material that should not have been filed with the Court.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed July 12, 2022, at Docket Entry #7, is hereby deemed stricken and shall not be viewable as part of the record in this case.
