DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 6, 2022. Application by the appellants Edward Lundy, M.D., and St. Francis Hospital to substitute Donna Marcovecchio, as executor of the estate of Carole Marcovecchio, for the deceased respondent Carole Marcovecchio, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Donna Marcovecchio, as executor of the estate of Carole Marcovecchio, is substituted for the deceased respondent Carole Marcovecchio, and the caption is amended accordingly.
