Defendant and third-party defendants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their respective appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 19, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the February 2018 Term. The Clerk of the Court is directed to calendar both appeals to be heard together on the same day.
