ORDER

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 15, 2024, trial session in Cleveland, Ohio. On March 29. 2024, the parties filed a Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED the parties' Motion for Continuance (Doc. 16) is granted in that this case is stricken from trial at the calendar of the Court's April 15, 2024, trial session in Cleveland, Ohio and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Remand (Doc. 15) is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental administrative hearing pursuant to I.R.C. sections 6320 and/or 6330. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than May 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that on or before September 26, 2024, the parties shall file (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately), a report regarding the then-present status of this case.
