ORDERED that, on or before July 16, 2021, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss. The Court will hold in abeyance petitioners' June 1, 2021, motion for entry of decision.
