This case was called from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on March 28, 2022, for cases where Albuquerque, New Mexico, was listed as the place of trial. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

On March 28, 2022, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-described motion to dismiss is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall file a status report or decision document on or before May 12, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before May 12, 2022, show cause in writing why respondent's motion to dismiss should not be granted and a decision entered against them for the amounts and year set forth in respondent's motion.
