Appeals, Nos. 85 and 86, March T., 1966, from judgments of Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, June T., 1965, Nos. 33 and 34, in cases of Anthony J. Marcello and Mary Ann Marcello, his wife v. City of Farrell, Joseph J. David, Sr., Joseph J. David, Jr. et al.; and Jack B. Brown and Pauline Brown, his wife v. Same. Judgments affirmed.

Trespass actions for property damage.

Preliminary objections of additional defendants, Hunter, Herges Associates, to complaints of defendant sustained and judgments entered for said additional defendants, opinion by McKAY, P. J. Defendant in each action appealed.
