ORDER
In accordance with our January 5, 2018 order, appellant has notified the Court that its application to employ Royal B. Lea as counsel has been approved by the bankruptcy court. Accordingly, we DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to designate Lea as lead counsel for appellant. We RESET the deadline for filing appellant's brief, which had been suspended pending approval of the application to employ Lea, and ORDER the brief be filed no late than February 22, 2018.
