ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

On August 26, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report pursuant to the Court's Order served July 17, 2024, indicating that petitioner has been unresponsive to attempts to contact him. Respondent requested that the Court grant respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 12, 2024. Also on August 26, 2024, respondent filed a supplemental status report, indicating that respondent had been contacted by petitioner's son and requested additional time for a further status report in this case.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 11, 2024, the parties shall either file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a further report (joint or separate) as to the then present status of the case, which shall describe in detail the progress the parties have made in preparing the proposed stipulated decision reflecting the parties' agreement in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Alfonso Maravilla Rodriguez at the address appearing on the Letter dated March 29, 2024, filed April 8, 2024.
