On July 12, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report pursuant to the Court's Order served June 24, 2024, requesting additional time for the parties to submit either a decision or further status report in this case.
Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2024, the parties shall either file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a further report (joint or separate) as to the then present status of the case, which shall describe in detail the progress the parties have made in preparing the proposed stipulated decision reflecting the parties' agreement in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Alfonso Maravilla Rodriguez at the address appearing on the Letter dated March 29, 2024, filed April 8, 2024.
