MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

On November 1, 2006, a proposed stipulation was filed in this case, for the proposed entry of a court order granting injunctive relief. Unfortunately, the proposed stipulation cannot be approved, since it has not been signed by counsel for all of the defendants. Although this discrepancy has been brought to the attention of counsel repeatedly, no clarification has been provided.

An Order follows.

ORDER

AND NOW, this 16th day of January 2007, upon consideration of the proposed stipulation for the entry of an order granting injunctive relief, IT IS ORDERED:

That, unless the proposed stipulation is signed by or on behalf of the defendant Devon Greer within 20 days, or unless within that 20-day period plaintiff withdraws its claims against the defendant Devon Greer, the proposed stipulation will be stricken from the record.
