This is an appeal from a judgment of eviction. Before the Court is appellants' motion for an extension of time to file their brief and for an order directing the return of all exempt items removed at the time of eviction.
Having cautioned appellants in a March 18, 2024 order that further motions concerning the property that was removed would not be considered, we GRANT the motion only TO THE EXTENT THAT we order appellants' brief filed no later than September 16, 2024.
