By order of November 30, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the July 21, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Perry v Michigan (Docket No. 163354). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Perry on December 22, 2022,__ Mich__ (2022), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
