MEMORANDUM OPINION


Joanne Moore Maples was convicted of unlawful possession of fraudulent identification. Punishment was assessed at two years' confinement in a state jail facility, probated for five years, and a $1500 fine. We adopted the trial judge's finding that appellant has absconded. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.4 (involuntary dismissal when appellant escapes).
