This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On April 19, 2022, we held a conference call with the parties. On April 22, 2022, the parties filed a joint Status Report, advising that they have reached a basis of settlement and requesting time to submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 21, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
