ANTWAN L. MANUEL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On March 28, 2023, respondent attempted to file in the above-docketed matter a Response to Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected. However, review indicates that technical difficulties were encountered in the upload process, prohibitive any substantive filing.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported document filed March 28, 2023, at Docket Entry #10 is hereby deemed stricken from the Cout's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected is hereby extended to April 5, 2023.
