Order of the Appellate Term affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, for the landlord in a summary proceeding, and order of said court denying a motion to reopen the proceeding for the purpose of adducing additional proof, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
