ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On March 15, 2023, docket entry 15, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a resolution on all issues in this case and a trial is no longer necessary. Respondent's counsel requests thirty (30) additional days to obtain and to file the decision document with the Court.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
