Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


Order entered September 8, 1942, in so far as it grants defendants' motion to compel plaintiff to separately state and number causes of action, reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the said motion denied, with leave to defendants to answer the complaint herein within ten days after service of order on payment of said costs. No opinion. (Cohn, J., dissents and votes to affirm.) Appeal from order entered August 29, 1942, unanimously dismissed.
