The Court received a telephone message from an individual that is apparently not admitted to practice before the Tax Court and has not entered an appearance for petitioners in this case. In addition, the Court does not engage in ex parte communication. The Court encourages petitioners to communicate with respondent's counsel. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case remains calendared for trial on the September 26, 2022, Seattle, Washington Trial Session and the Standing Pretrial Order remains in effect, and petitioners are directed to contact respondent's counsel to discuss their case.
