NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Court GRANTS Defendant Mercedes-Benz, USA, LLC's Motion to Dismiss Counts II and III of Plaintiffs' Complaint, and dismisses Counts II and III of Plaintiffs' Complaint.
