MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated May 13, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk had informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. In the letter, we directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with written verification either that she made payment arrangements or she is entitled to proceed without payment of costs for the clerk's record. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has neither provided verification of payment nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3.
