On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the November 15, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the issue whether the limitation on the reduction of damages based on a plaintiff's negligence established by MCL 257.710e(6) applies in this case.
