ORDER
PER CURIAM.
In these consolidated appeals, Michael Sebright, et al., appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Charles, Probate Division, entering judgment in favor of Shannon Mann, et al., in her suit for breach of fiduciary duty and for an accounting, and in dismissing his counterclaim. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude no reversible error occurred. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Rule Civil Procedure 84.16(b) (2019).
