Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Dore, JJ.


Order unanimously reversed, with costs and disbursements, and the verdict reinstated. The question of the defendant's negligence was one of fact which was properly submitted to the jury and its verdict was amply supported by the evidence and should not be disturbed.
