ORDER

Upon due consideration of the record in this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is no longer required to file an amended petition. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's answer is due 60 days from the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall pay the $60.00 filing fee is extended to May 10, 2024. If, by May 10, 2024, petitioner does not pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of the Filing Fee, the case will be dismissed or other action taken as the Court deems appropriate.
