ORDER

This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 23, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated December 23, 2022, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On January 9, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they are still working on drafting an agreement, and that there is a proposed collection alternative that continues to be reviewed by an IRS Revenue Officer. The parties have requested an additional ninety (90) days in which to submit a further status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
