ORDER

This case is set for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas trial session. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing (Doc. 17). By Order served November 29, 2021, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled the case for a status hearing at the Court's December 29, 2021, Washington, D.C., special remote hearing session for a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at which time any third-party subpoena may be returnable.

On December 17, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 20) informing the Court that respondent's counsel received the subpoenaed documentation and requesting that the Court cancel the status hearing. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the status hearing at the Court's December 29, 2021, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, is stricken.
