ORDER

John O. Colvin, Judge

On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Atlanta, Georgia, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On September 21, 2020, respondent filed a Status Report stating that the case remains susceptible to settlement. On May 3, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report stating the parties reached a basis for settlement and an additional 30 days is needed to file decision documents.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 30, 2021, the parties shall file decision documents or joint or separate status reports with the Court. The Court expects to set this case for a remote special trial session if a trial is still needed.
